HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration
Review, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and systems aligned with business needs, cost control, and automation
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
Partner outlet and operations managers on manpower planning and employee matters
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, statutory submissions, and tax matters
Administer MOM work passes (application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance)
Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS, and payroll administration
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management and finance department
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience
Experience in F&B preferred
Strong knowledge of Singapore labour law and MOM/TAFP/TADM processes
Hands-on experience with Infotech HRMS
Knowledge of KNOW workforce management software is a plus
Experience managing 150+ headcount
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
