Key Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles

2. Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Process payroll documentation, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR records

3. AI-Enhanced HR Analytics & Process Optimization

• Stay updated on AI applications in human resources and drive digital transformation initiative

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, recruitment AI platforms, etc.)
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Singapore Citizen only
• Available for immediate start
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related roles
