Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and sourcing of training programs, service initiatives, service campaigns, and ad-hoc service projects.

  • Support the recruitment, training, coordination, and administration of gift-wrapping personnel, including related training, service, and HR activities.

  • Deliver stand-up training sessions to frontline and support staff.

  • Provide editorial content and photography coverage for the company’s in-house newsletter.

  • Assist in the rollout of employee engagement initiatives and the organization of annual corporate events.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably with professional certifications in training or learning and development.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably within the retail or service industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
