HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (Medical) 6 Months Contract (GOVT) UP 5.5K #HYT

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

• Process monthly medical report fees, work-related claims, and one-time payment transactions
• Manage clinician posting activities, including database updates, pass and name tag preparation
• Coordinate posting matters with departments and relevant offices
• Support performance appraisal coordination for Medical Officers and supervisory assignments
• Handle quarterly billing related to manpower transfers
• Work with Medical Affairs to initiate privileging processes for senior clinicians

2. Talent Acquisition

• Support recruitment activities including shortlisting, interview arrangements, and candidate coordination
• Collect required documents, prepare salary proposals, and manage job offer processes
• Work with shared services on letter of appointment and work pass applications
• Liaise with candidates on professional registration (e.g., SMC applications)
• Track recruitment progress and update stakeholders
• Coordinate onboarding for observers, including registration and administrative checks

Requirements

• Degree in HR or related field
• Preferably some experience in HR operations or healthcare HR
