HR Executive (Payroll/ West) #HZO

Location: Tuas
Salary: up to $5K + Transport allowance

Job Scope:

• Responsible for payroll & CPF contributions for all employees under Singapore / Malaysia employment.
• Advertising and sourcing of available positions.
• Arranging interviews, screening, and trainings where necessary.
• Ensuring all government regulations regarding foreign hires are followed.
• Guiding Workers through onboarding orientations and exit interviews.
• Ensuring new hires are in the Facial Recognition System.
• Internship Management
• Liaise with local institutions to source and recruit interns
• Coordinate intern interviews, screening, onboarding, and required training programs
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations and legal requirements for foreign interns and hires Oversee and guide interns throughout the internship program
• Prepare and compile HR and other ad-hoc reports.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in HR or any field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant payroll experience
