HR Executive - Office Hours, 5-day work week, No Experience Needed #HLA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients as part of ongoing business development efforts

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies and plans

• Coordinate the job offer process, including compensation discussions and negotiations with clients and candidates

• Provide career guidance and advisory support to candidates throughout the hiring journey

• Stay informed on market trends, employment developments, and industry insights

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team targets and organizational objectives

Requirements

• Minimum degree in any discipline

• Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, including senior management, professionals, and entry-level candidates

• Active involvement in co-curricular activities, leadership roles, or projects will be an advantage
