Job Scope:

• Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle

• Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters

• Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs

• Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min. 3-4 years’ relevant experience in HR business partnering etc
• Experience as an HR Generalist in a healthcare setting/ Non profit organization is an advantage
