HR Executive

Job description:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
• Manage day-to-day HR admin functions and operations.
• Responsible for all employee relations matters from onboarding to off boarding.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Perform other adhoc duties/assignments given by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong business acumen.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous, committed and willing to learn.
• Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently in a face paced environment.
