🏫 HR Business Partner

⏳ Duration: 1 Year Contract

📍 Location: Boon Lay

🕘 Working Hours: Office hours

💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month

🧾 Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners, with a focus on the Researcher Scheme
• Support HR operations including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement
• Collaborate with other business units for appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of research staff
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data management
• Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to execute key People Strategies
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with university objectives

🎓 Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in related field
• Min. 2–4 years of Human Resource experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Collaborative team player with ability to drive optimal results
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
