We connect qualified physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical specialists with hospitals, community care, and private clinics.

Job Summary

As an HR Associate, you will support smooth office operations and provide HR and administrative assistance in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work at Orchard Road.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and complete administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements to support team productivity
  • Organize and maintain correspondence, documentation, and filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist HR and finance departments with ad-hoc tasks to support departmental functions
  • Post job openings on job portals to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen job applicants to identify suitable candidates for recruitment
  • Prepare resumes to support recruitment and placement processes
  • Work towards achieving team KPIs to contribute to organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain a 1-Stop recruitment service for job seekers and clients to streamline hiring
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Social Media and Telegram for communication and outreach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment
