HR Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR and administrative operations. The role requires regular communication in Mandarin for work-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval
• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes to support smooth hiring transitions
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents to meet company standards and legal requirements
• Support payroll preparation by tracking attendance and managing leave records to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin with employees and external parties to resolve HR and administrative inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team to facilitate efficient daily operations
• Ensure HR records are properly maintained and updated to support audits and reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in HR administration or a related role to effectively manage HR tasks
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations to support compliance
• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to maintain accuracy in HR processes
• Positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment
