Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure hygiene and presentation meet Mama Shelter standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and back-of-house spaces to support guest satisfaction
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and safety
• Assist with laundry and linen management to maintain adequate supplies and quality
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed to enhance their experience
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently
• Adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays to support hotel operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
