Housekeeping Room Attendant

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team!

As the Room Attendant, we rely on you to:

• Clean and maintain guests’ rooms to meet Shangri-La room standards, ensuring all supplies are replenished for guest comfort
• Coordinate with valets to arrange timely collection of guests’ clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services
• Clean and upkeep public and general areas to maintain a welcoming environment for guests
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering Department to ensure guest safety and comfort
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality service

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate pride in hospitality work and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Preferably possess relevant hospitality experience to perform duties effectively
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work well with guests and colleagues
• Exhibit initiative as a self-starter and contribute positively as a team player
