The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and YOU are responsible for the following: -

• To prepare daily work assignment for Room Attendants
• Supervise the activities of the Room Attendants to ensure that the guest rooms corridors & service areas are well maintained
• Conduct daily inspection of rooms to ensure cleanliness is consistent with the brand standard
• Supervise minibar sales and replenishment operations
• Supervise uniforms and guests' laundry cleaning
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Kungfu Fighting (Just kidding!)

So what's the requirements?

• Preferably with Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity, managing room attendants
• Attentive to details
• Good housekeeping knowledge in room and public area cleaning, chemicals and pest controls
• Ability to train and supervise staff and communicate well with management and guests
• Willing to work weekends and public holiday
