RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.

* Achieve outlet monthly target

* Manage multiple outlets

* Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals

* Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction

* Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs

* Provide sales training and skill training

* Build and establish relationship with customers

* Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary

* Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching

* Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service

* positive attitude

* At least 2 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/wellness industry

* Able to lead and mentor a team

* Good communications and strong interpersonal skills

* Result driven and service oriented

* Willing to work retail hours

Work hours:

* Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm

*6 days off
