High Jewelry Marketing Coordinator

Manage High Jewelry Product Operations

• Lead the High Jewelry product operations with Boutiques, Logistic and Regional teams (stock transfers amongSEA Boutiques, new stock allocation, import/export with other markets/HQ…) with the support of the HJ Assistant
• Be the key contact for stock availability requests and follow-up transfers after client presentations
• HJ/GIA certificate management: ensure timely delivery from HQ to markets

Support High Jewelry Business Performance

• Assist the Marketing team in preparation of events/boutiques animations
• Participate in the creation of product related content/tools (e-booklet,training decks) to support the sales
• Be the referent for client presentations tools (shawls, gloves, trays, mirrors…)
• Proactively keep track of Clients CPs and interests to support and propose available stock

Contribute to High Jewelry Product Strategy

• Support Marketing team for novelties launch and daily activities
• Convey product knowledge and create sales tools for new/existing collections
• Ad-hoc analysis on product performances and business trends

Requirements:

• Prior marketing/coordination experience, preferably within the Luxury Retail industry
• Strong analytical skills, good attention to details
