Healthcare Oeprations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and support for clinic operations across multiple locations

• Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement

• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and processes

• Liaise with internal departments to align operational activities with organisational goals

• Review reports, workflows, and operational data to support decision-making

• Assist management in planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives

• Address operational issues and escalate matters where appropriate

• Perform any other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs
