Healthcare Assistant / Patient Service Associate (Training Provided) #HAL

Working Hours: OFFICE HOURS / SHIFT HOURS 

Location: ISLANDWIDE 

Job Description (Patient Service Associate):

• In charge of registration of patients

• Scheduling of appointments

• Assist patients with the self registration

• Attend to patients' enquiries and needs

• Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties

Job Description (Healthcare Assistant):

• Provide basic care to patients, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers (e.g. bed to wheelchair)
• Monitor and record vital signs (e.g. temperature, blood pressure)
• Ensure patients’ comfort, safety, and well-being
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment
• Support nurses and healthcare team in daily operations
• Observe and report changes in patients’ condition

Requirements: 

• Min N /O Level/ Nitec or Diploma in any field

• No experience required as training provided
