Job Description
- Managing a team of about 35
- Manage outsourcing or transformation project
- Bets to have Prime Clients exposure
- Responsible for the client onboarding function for retail, institutional and corporate clients for all products.
- Oversee policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure that the organization is operating in compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory guidelines pertaining to international tax compliance (E.g. FATCA, CRS, QI).
- Drive the ongoing review of clients and our operational processes (E.g. Annual KYC, QI, SIP eligibility).
- Responding to exceptions raised by clients and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues if any.
- Communicate and educate clients and internal teams in relation to regulatory and industry changes.
- Continuous improvement of the client support model, with a straight through process focus.
- Participate and manage projects and/or introduction of new initiatives and processes to delivery
