HAND SPECIALIST CLINIC NURSE / CLINIC ASSISTANT

We are looking for:

• Registered or enrolled nurse with an existing SNB Licence
• Clinic assistant with specialist clinic experience

• At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred (ie. orthopaedics, surgical, specialist clinic)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the required level of Standard of procedures, policy and practices as well as patient care and experience
• Assisting the doctor during consultation
• Assist with in-clinic procedures and surgical procedures
• Handling administrative processes for patients who require surgery / procedure (bookings, financial counselling, etc)
• Provides patient education and dispensing of medication / consumables independently
• Administrative tasks such as patient registration and interview, maintaining accurate patient medical records, scheduling of appointments and cashiering
• Working closely with team members to discuss, prepare and execute daily operational plan to ensure smooth patient flow and achieve high level of patient satisfaction
• To maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies
• Be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
• Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically
