HAIR STYLIST

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional Hair Stylist to join our team.

• Work independently to develop training content and manage the team.
• Possess essential hairdressing and styling skills, including cutting, coloring, perms, scalp treatments, and styling in accordance with trend hair culture.
• Plan and conduct training sessions on short notice, and collaborate with media sources for sales, marketing, and social media activities.
• Create and present training modules, demonstrating creativity and skill expertise.
• Represent the company professionally across social media and other media channels.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and associates in the hair industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Stylist with relevant skills.
• Proficiency in sales, marketing, and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven experience, preferably 5 years or more in the field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity in developing new techniques and training materials.
