Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed scalp analysis and customized hair & scalp treatment plans

• Deliver professional therapeutic treatments using advanced equipment and techniques

• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare clearly to clients

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment protocols

• Accurately update client records and monitor treatment progress

• Recommend treatment program and retail products to support client results

• Provide excellent service to build long-term client trust and retention
  

Job Requirements:

• Certification in hair, scalp, trichology, beauty therapy, or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hair or scalp treatment environment preferred

• Ability to perform scalp analysis and recommend appropriate treatment plans

• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and treatment procedures

• Professional, well-presented, and client-focused

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment processes clearly

• Sales-driven with ethical consultation approach
