• Good Team player, good and professional work ethics and cheerful attitude
• To assist in opening and closing of the restaurant
• To be updated on daily and seasonal food specials and enlighten guests accordingly
• To assist in the adherence of safe distancing measures for employees and guests
• To remember personal preference and needs of regular diners
• To be trained to manage Cashier system
• To work with management to provide efficient operation, utmost hygiene and cleanliness
• To provide high level of professional and warm dining service – you will be trained accordingly
• To interact with Guests in English or Mandarin whenever necessary so as to build goodwill and diner satisfaction
• To actively promote beverage sales to meet beverage sales target incl. proper sales and service of wines, champagnes, sakes etc
