Guest Service/ Front Desk Support

Job Highlights:

Salary and Benefits:

• Attractive salary package

• 1–2.5 months VB

Working Shift:

• 5 days work week (including weekends & PH)

• Rotating shifts:

7:00am – 4:30pm

1:00pm – 10:30pm

10:00pm – 7:30am

Working Location:

• Orchard (Nearest MRT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk and guest services in a professional manner

• Handle check-in/check-out and cashiering duties

• Attend to guest requests, feedback, and inquiries promptly

• Manage phone calls and ensure timely responses

• Maintain strong guest relations and service standards

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

• Provide information on facilities and local attractions

Requirements:

• Minimum O Level qualification

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (training provided)

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and PH

• Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills

• Hospitality experience or HMS knowledge is an advantage
