To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Front Office Department.

Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel.
• Managing guest enquiries and providing information of Hotel to guests whenever applicable.
• Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions.
• Upsell additional facilities and amenities, when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player.
• Conversant in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage.
• Be able to cover night shift duties when assigned.
