Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our team!

As the Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

• Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
• Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
• Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
• Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
• Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has relevant hospitality experience, preferably in the hotel/resort environment
• Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our resort is an international destination
• Has experiences in guest loyatly program
• Wiling to do shift work
