1. Reception & Seating | 接待与引导

Greet and warmly welcome guests, escort them to their seats, and provide a brief introduction to the restaurant’s concept and menu highlights.
迎接并热情招待客人，引导他们入座，同时简要介绍餐厅特色与菜单亮点。

2. Professional Advice & Assistance | 专业咨询与解答

Offer professional recommendations and answer guests’ questions about menu options, ingredients, allergens, and beverage pairings.
为客人提供专业菜单建议，解答有关菜品、食材、过敏原及酒水搭配的疑问。

3. Order Taking & Communication | 点单与传达

Accurately take guests’ orders and communicate them promptly and clearly to the kitchen to ensure smooth preparation and service flow.
准确记录客人点单，并及时、清晰地传达至厨房，确保出餐顺畅无误。

4. Food & Beverage Service | 高标准服务

Deliver exceptional food and beverage service — serving dishes and drinks, setting and clearing tables, and preparing cutlery and napkins with care.
提供高品质餐饮服务，包括上菜、饮品服务、摆台与清理、准备餐具及纸巾等。

5. Cleanliness & Organization | 环境维护

Maintain a clean, organized dining environment, ensuring that tables, chairs, floors, and utensils are tidy and well-presented.
保持餐厅整体环境整洁有序，确保桌面、椅子、地面与餐具干净并摆放得体。

6. Payment & Records | 结账与记录

Handle billing and payment transactions, including membership points, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
负责处理结账、收款及会员积分事务，确保所有交易准确无误。

7. Special Requests Handling | 特殊需求协调

Identify and accommodate guests’ special requirements — such as allergies or dietary preferences — through effective coordination with the kitchen.
关注并满足客人的特殊需求（如食物过敏或饮食偏好），并及时与厨房协调沟通。

8. Team Collaboration | 团队协作

Work closely with chefs and service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and seamless coordination throughout service.

9. Guest Relationship Management | 客户关系维护

Build and maintain positive guest relationships with sincerity and professionalism to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

10. Compliance with Hygiene & Safety | 卫生与安全

Adhere to restaurant hygiene and safety standards to ensure food safety and guest well-being.
