Grants & Events Coordinator (Gov/Up to $3.4k)

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a national digital and transformation agency
• Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
• Nearest MRT: Pasir Panjang
• Salary: up to SGD 3,450
• 11 months contract

Job Scope

• Manage end‑to‑end grant processes, including applications, compliance checks, stakeholder coordination, and claims or disbursement support
• Coordinate program events, including planning, logistics, registration, materials preparation, and post‑event reporting
• Maintain and update digital content such as website information, partner listings, news updates, and outreach materials
• Handle stakeholder communications by responding to enquiries and ensuring timely, professional information flow
• Provide administrative support, including management updates, progress summaries, and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, and comfortable coordinating events and digital content
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail
  
• Advantageous to have experience in grants administration/government programs, digital marketing, or knowledge of digital trade or blockchain technologies
