(Gov Healthcare) 8 Months Contract Senior Assistant / Manager, Research Agreement Management (Must Have Prior Exp in Managing Agreements) Up 8K #HJC

The incumbent will primarily support on the drafting and review of industry partnership agreements and will work closely different dept within the cluster. 

Responsibilities

• Draft and review industry partnership and other research- or innovation-related agreements for its institutions

• Coordinate and facilitate the review and negotiation of agreements involving multiple institutions

• Track review timelines, follow up on pending matters, and ensure continuity of in progress agreements

• Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs, templates and relevant policy documents

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Translational Research Office during the cover period

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related disciplines

• Prior experience in research contracts management or related administrative work is preferred

• Familiarity with the national research funding landscape and grant schemes will be an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders at all levels

• Able to work independently, manage timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Meticulous, organised and proactive

• A team player with a positive and professional attitude
