✨ What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang

• Build scalable APIs and microservices supporting digital banking platforms

• Enhance system performance, reliability, and security

• Work closely with architects, product teams, and senior engineers

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments

• Contribute to high-availability, regulated financial systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

1. 1–3 years of experience in Golang development (fresh grads with strong projects/internships are welcome)

2. Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend fundamentals

3. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

4. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or cloud environments is a plus

5. Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
