Company Overview
We are a Singapore-based food & beverage (F&B) company engaged in restaurant operations, brand development, and market expansion.
Job Title: General Manager (Operations & Management)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Singapore
Monthly Salary Range: SGD 12,000 – SGD 15,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and overall management of the company’s F&B business
- Ensure smooth operations across outlets, including service standards, staffing, and workflow management
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
- Supervise outlet managers and department heads
- Coordinate with suppliers, landlords, and business partners
- Support business growth and new outlet setup from an operational perspective
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- At least 10 years of management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality operations
- Strong experience in multi-outlet operations management
- Solid understanding of cost control and operational efficiency
- Leadership and team management experience
