Gallery Technician

As Gallery Technician, you will be key person in handling and maintaining the operational readiness of the 3 gallery spaces in Tanjong Pagar Distripark and retail spaces in Paragon.

Key Responsibilities:

· Key person in the facilities management of all the gallery and retail spaces to ensure operational readiness of the business

· Set up the gallery display, including hanging the paintings, moving sculptures and pedestals, adjusting lighting, etc

· Maintaining productive relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

· Min. 1-2 years of experience in operations and/or facilities maintenance

· Diploma or graduate in any arts management, facilities management or related courses

· Meticulous with great attention to details

· Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Solid negotiation skills

· Resourceful and able to work independently

· Able to work under tight deadlines

· Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure

· Knowledge on inventory control is an advantage

· Bilingual in both English & either Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with associates and clients
