Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform fund accounting duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.

  • Support daily fund operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client and stakeholder inquiries comprehensively.

  • Utilize financial knowledge to support decision-making and operational improvements within the organization.

  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, regulatory filings, and internal reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in fund operations, financial services, and accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
