Full-Time Sales Assistant (Clementi, Suntec, Chinatown, Marine Parade & Pasir Ris)

⏰ 8.30am-5.30pm/ 11am-10pm/ 12pm-10.30pm
📅 6-days work week
💰 Gross salary up to $3,100/month

Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately to process cash, cards and digital payments.
• Assist customers with placing orders and coordinating the collection of pre-ordered cakes.
• Operate the bread slicer machine safely and correctly (training will be provided; strict compliance with safety procedures is required).
• Pack baked products carefully to ensure good presentation, product quality and prevention of damage.
• Replenish bread shelves, product displays and cake counters to ensure they are well-stocked, neat and visually appealing.
• Maintain a high-level of cleanliness and hygiene in the shop, including counters, equipment and workstations.
• Support daily shop operations such as opening and closing duties when required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements:
• Singaporeans Only
• Prior experience in retail, F&B or customer service roles will be an advantages.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
