Full-Time Bread Baker

📍 Woodlands, Buona Vista, Dhoby Ghaut & Hougang
⏰ 7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm (OT may be required based on production needs)
📅 6-days work week
💰 Gross salary up to $3,200/month (Salary commensurate based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare, proof, bake and finish a wide variety of breads according to company's recipes and standards.
• Handle and identify multiple types of doughs, ensuring correct usage of different bread varieties.
• Follow daily production schedules to meet outlet sales demand.
• Load, operate and monitor ovens ― must accurately judge baking times and temperatures for different products to achieve perfect colors, crust and internal doneness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Follow food safety hygiene and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with stock control, including proper storage and rotation of frozen dough and ingredients.
• Work closely with outlet staff to ensure timely product availability on shelves.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in bread baking (commercial/ retail bakery experience preferred).
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift trays, and work in a warm kitchen environment.
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team-player with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production targets.
