Full Time Cake Shop Service Crew

Job Summary

You will prepare beverages and cakes, manage outlet sales and cashier duties including opening and closing, maintain cleanliness, and support assigned tasks to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and cakes following quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage sales transactions accurately as cashier during opening and closing shifts to maintain financial integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet to meet health and safety standards
• Support marketing efforts by promoting outlet sales and assisting the marketing team with campaigns
• Learn and apply knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Work independently with minimal supervision while taking initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Maintain consistent performance and uphold outlet standards during shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English to serve customers and team members
• Proficiency in Chinese language is advantageous for customer interaction and communication

• Shift Requirements: Two shifts available with flexible working hours (minimum 40 hours/week)
