🥐🍩 Full & Part-Time Trainee Baker (Central Kitchen ― Danish/Pastry Department

⏰Working Hours:
• Full-Time: 7am-4pm (OT required depending on production volume) 
• Part-Time: 7am-1pm/ 8am-2pm (Additional hours may be required depending on production volume) 

📅 4-days of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of Weekends & PH)

💰Salary:
• Full-Time: Gross salary up to $2,200/month
• Part-Time: $9/hr (Weekdays), +$2/hr (Weekends & PH)


🥐Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in dough preparation, sheeting and shaping.
• Follow standard recipes and production procedures to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Operate basic bakery equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters and divider.
• Monitor products quality during production.
• Tray up products and prepare items for cooling and packing for deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Follow production schedule to meet daily output targets.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

💪🏼Job Requirements:
• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Experienced in bakery, pastry or food production environment will be an advantage.
• No experienced candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
