Job Description

• Position Title: Front Office/ Customer Service Officer
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hours: 5 Days per week (10am – 8pm) – Sunday closed
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with walk-in and returning customers by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
• Promote suitable treatments, products, and packages to drive upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer retention.
• Respond to customer enquiries, confirm appointments and follow up for future bookings or purchases.
• Support outlet operations by assisting with daily transactions, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Stay informed on product and treatment offerings to provide persuasive suggestions.
• Handle cashiering duties, including petty cash management and daily reconciliation, with accuracy and accountability.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
