About Us

Avante Gym & Yoga is a premium fitness and wellness space located at Orchard, The Centrepoint, offering personal training, yoga and small-group classes in an elevated environment.

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Freelance Fitness Membership Consultant to help grow our membership base and build strong client relationships.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for converting leads into members, conducting studio tours, understanding client goals, and recommending suitable membership or training packages.

This is a freelance, performance-based role ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about fitness.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and generate your own leads, including corporate partnerships, referrals, and personal network

  Identify opportunities for corporate wellness, group classes, and membership collaborations

  Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners

  Work independently to grow your personal sales pipeline

• Conduct studio tours and present our facilities professionally

• Understand clients’ fitness goals and recommend suitable packages

• Maintain CRM / lead tracking

• Represent Avante Gym & Yoga premium brand image at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in gym, boutique fitness, or sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, well-groomed, and professional

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Comfortable using WhatsApp & basic admin tools
