Franchise Manager

Job Purpose:
The Franchise Manager is responsible for managing relationships with franchisees, ensuring franchise centres operate according to the company’s standards, and supporting franchisees to achieve strong operational and business performance. The role also drives franchise business growth by identifying new franchise opportunities and supporting the expansion of the franchise network.

Job Responsibilities:

Franchisee Relationship Management

• Act as the main liaison between the company and franchisees.
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and centre managers.
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational and business matters
• Address franchisee concerns and facilitate solutions to operational issues.

2. Franchise Operations & Support

• Ensure franchise centres comply with company operational procedures, curriculum delivery standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular centre visits to review operations and service quality.
• Provide operational advice to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

3. Franchisee Training & Onboarding

• Support the onboarding of new franchisees, including training and centre opening preparation.
• Coordinate training programmes for franchise owners, centre managers, and staff.
• Ensure franchisees are familiar with company systems, policies, and processes.

4. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor franchise centre performance including enrolment, revenue, and operational indicators.
• Analyse performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with franchisees to improve business performance and achieve targets.

5. Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure franchise centres adhere to brand standards, teaching quality, and service guidelines.
• Conduct periodic operational audits and assessments.
• Work with franchisees to implement corrective actions where necessary.

6. Business Development & Franchise Expansion

• Identify potential franchise partners and business opportunities to grow the franchise network.
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new franchisees. 
• Assist in franchise presentations, meetings, and discussions with prospective partners.  
• Support new centre openings and ensure smooth launch of new franchise locations.

7. Marketing & Business Growth Support

• Work with franchisees on local marketing initiatives and student recruitment strategies.
• Share best practices and successful initiatives across franchise centres.
• Support implementation of company-wide marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in franchise management, operations, business development, or multi-outlet environments.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to travel between centres when required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the education enrichment, or tuition centre industry.
• Experience managing franchise networks or multi-branch operations.
