Floor Service Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Has to be able to communicate with English & Chinese Speaking customers
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance
