CMIA Capital Partners ishiring a Finance Manager to support group and project finance for itsmajor mixed township development in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Support funding drawdowns, bank reporting and cashflow management.
• Coordinate audits, tax compliance and statutory filings across entities.
• Strengthen processes, systems and controls as the project scales.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification a plus.
• 5–8 years’ experience in finance/accounting; real estate or investment background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency and familiarity with consolidation.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth environment.
