Finance Executive

Finance Executive – Singapore

CMIA Capital Partners is seeking a Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the group and its Vietnam township development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, schedules and budgets.
• Support audits, tax submissions and documentation for project entities.
• Maintain proper records and help improve finance processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2–4 years’ relevant experience; exposure to real estate or investment firms an advantage.
• Good Excel skills, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a lean team and cross-border setting.
