Job Description
Finance Assistant (1-Year Contract)
Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Contract Period: April 2026 – March 2027
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (5-day work week)
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payment transactions, ensuring supporting documents are verified and discrepancies are reconciled
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, approvals, and authorisations
- Respond to payment-related enquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc projects and perform administrative duties as assigned
