About the Role

We’re a fast-growing global group of companies and need someone hands-on, sharp, and proactive to be part our Finance and Ops. From billing and payments to closing the books, you’ll be at the heart of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep cash flowing: PO management, client invoicing, vendor payments, staff claims, and reconciliations
• Work with our outsourced accountants to close the books and prepare financial reports
• Solve problems, answer questions, and help teams get stuff done
• Streamline processes, templates, and systems as we scale
• Own and manage financial and operations docs and repositories
• Support audit processes (don’t worry, we make it painless!)

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar
• 3–5 years in finance/accounting/ops (more experience? We can talk senior titles)
• Hands-on client billing experience is a must
• Comfortable with partial or full finance operations
• Strong grasp of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Detail-oriented, organized, and love solving problems
• Strong Excel skills; Xero experience is a bonus
