Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide basic administrative support to the finance team
- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
- Support invoice preparation and payment tracking
- Organise and file finance documents
- Assist with simple finance tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organised and responsible
- Able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and support the finance team
