Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic administrative support to the finance team
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
  • Support invoice preparation and payment tracking
  • Organise and file finance documents
  • Assist with simple finance tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Organised and responsible
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Willing to learn and support the finance team
