Fast Food Kitchen Crew (Fryer)

Seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our fast food team as Kitchen Crew (Fryer). The role involves preparing food items (include frying), maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards and hygiene are met at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
• Operate fryer and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation role in fast food industry.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
