• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, and incorporate them into your styling recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, including fabrics, fits, and seasonal collections.
• Personal Shopping: Assist clients in selecting and purchasing the perfect outfits, accessories, and complementary items from our store.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and fashion advice to foster brand loyalty.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with our visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that inspire and engage customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to cross-promote products and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Feedback Integration: Provide valuable feedback to our design and product teams to help improve our offerings based on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fashion stylist, ideally with a focus on women's ready-to-wear fashion.
• A strong passion for fashion and an impeccable sense of style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach.
