Fashion Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry or footwear segment.
• Passion for fashion, footwear, and staying current with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
