Facility Management Executive (Up to $4,300 per month) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of outsourced term contracts (i.e., landscape, pest control, cleaning services)
• Review term contracts, call for tender/quotations, and make recommendations for the award
• Attend production meetings to address external hirers’ issues in relation to facilities & cleaning support, and provide cost estimates
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance work
• Develop and maintain positive rapport with relevant stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management/Operations
